During the Lab, team members will learn tools for communication, handling conflict and difficult conversations, then immediately put those tools into practice in a guided roundtable format.
The Pax Learning Lab Features
Initial Consultation and Planning Meetings with the manager(s) to discuss relevant history and background details as well as review the logistics, agenda, survey, and group exercise scenarios.
Pre-Lab Discovery Survey and/or one-on-one introductory meetings
One or two Full Days (9am to 5pm) facilitated Pax Learning Lab Experience:

Conflict Resolution Skills Workshop
Team-building activities throughout
3 rounds at the Roundtable: Listening, Responding, Requesting
Group Agreements and Wrap Up
