During the Lab, team members will learn tools for communication, handling conflict and difficult conversations, then immediately put those tools into practice in a guided roundtable format.

The Pax Learning Lab Features

  • Initial Consultation and Planning Meetings with the manager(s) to discuss relevant history and background details as well as review the logistics, agenda, survey, and group exercise scenarios.

  • Pre-Lab Discovery Survey and/or one-on-one introductory meetings

  • One or two Full Days (9am to 5pm) facilitated Pax Learning Lab Experience:

    • Affirmation and Vision Exercises

    • Conflict Resolution Skills Workshop

    • Team-building activities throughout

    • 3 rounds at the Roundtable: Listening, Responding, Requesting

    • Group Agreements and Wrap Up

  • Follow up Consultation with the manager(s)

  • Optional Follow up One-on-One Coaching Sessions (60 or 90 minutes)
