Conflict coaching is a structured and individualized process that facilitates enhanced awareness, knowledge and competency for effectively engaging in and managing interpersonal conflict.

This type of coaching will build confidence by equipping the individual or team with tools, skills, and a strategy to initiate a constructive conversation about the issue(s), with the goal of assisting the client to resolve a dispute or prevent a potential one from escalating unnecessarily.

The conflict coach does not act as an advocate or representative of the client. Instead, the coach remains neutral to all parties involved in the dispute, and focuses on equipping the client to establish goals and strategies for the best outcome of the interaction.
