THE PAX LEARNING LAB

Our signature experience to reset your team: learn new skills, build trust, clear the air where needed, and agree on practical next steps.

The Pax Learning Lab is a highly customized and interactive process (1-2 days) for your team to either get back on track in the midst of challenges or to supercharge your alignment and momentum.

Team members will be empowered with key tools for communication, handling conflict and difficult conversations. Then each member will have a chance to immediately put those tools into practice in a guided roundtable format.

The Lab can involve an entire work team or key team members.

ELEMENTS OF THE LAB

  • Initial consultation and planning meetings with the manager(s) to discuss relevant history and background details as well as review the logistics, agenda, survey, and group exercise scenarios.

  • Pre-Lab Discovery Survey and/or one-on-one introductory meetings

  • Full day (or two) facilitated Pax Learning Lab Experience:

    • Affirmation and Vision Exercises

    • Conflict Resolution Skills Workshop

    • Teambuilding activities throughout

    • 3 rounds at the Roundtable: Listening, Responding, Requesting

    • Group Agreements and Wrap Up

  • Follow up consultation with the manager(s)

  • Optional follow up one-on-one coaching sessions (60 or 90 minutes)
